Are the cultural armor achievements glitched?
If you attained any of your Norn Cultural Armor outside of purchasing it with Gold, it will not count toward the Achievement. Also, each piece of armor in each tier must be different (head, shoulders, gloves, coat, leggings, foot).

Go buy the tier 1 chest. That is almost always the missing one because most people get that skin by completing the level 20 personal story; unlocking it that way doesn’t count towards the achievement.

The wiki mentions that skins unlocked through the PS won’t count; it doesn’t include Rose’s helpful tip that it’s the torso/chest piece.
