Guild Wars 2

So I’ve been playing the game for a while, and one of the things I liked to do is collect dungeon armor sets for my main character. It’s like a momento of what I’ve accomplished in the game.

This patch, something odd happened. Somehow, a couple of the armor pieces that I’d purchased are now Soulbound to a completely different character. The pieces that I bought (and are now incorrectly soulbound to my Necromancer) are:
1 AC Chest
1 AC Boots
1 TA Chest

No, I did not buy them on my Necromancer. I bought them on my Engineer. I know for a fact that I have never purchased a single piece of dungeon armor on my Necromancer. Especially not Medium armor.

I have filed a bug report, but did not receive any response.

Still no response.

Since is been over 3 days, you might try posting in the Account Issues forum. Be sure and include your ticket number. A staff member, Gaile Gray, reads those forums and resolves issues. She can either get it fixed or tell you why not.

You won’t receive a response by filing an in-game bug report. For any issue with your account, you should file a support ticket — those do get looked at every day and you will get a response.
