So i recently completed a pvp reward track and accidentally chose the wrong armor (heavy) from a reward box I can only use medium and light on my account.
anything i can do aside from crying in my puddle of failure?

You can ask support to replace the item for you. They usually do that only once so you might want to consider how much you want that box fixed. Good luck!
