My back item dissapeared during unequipping, I am 100% sure I have not destroyed it.

The most bothering thing, that I got that for "The Nightmare is Over " achievement, the Antitoxin Injector back item skin, what can not be re-acquired or purchased .

So next time my ascended gear will dissapear during swapping or unequipping ?!

I have reported it as a game bug, but I’m afraid I won’t get my back item back.
I don’t even mind the item was a 5g Guild Assassin’s backpack, I just wanna get the Antitoxing Skin back.

Support doesn’t replace items, so I’ll be shocked if they do this for you :O let us know, I’m curious for sure.

No response in the last 12 hours, so if anyone’s legednary/ascended item dissapears during unequipping or withdrawing from bank that is just gone, even if it’s not the players fault but a game bug.

The last time a 10 stack of ori plated dowels dissapeared during a drag&drop withraw from my private guild’s stash.

And again: my head armor dissapeared about an hour ago, when I was about to swap them with a double click in the hero window. An exotic armor piece with a Grenth Hood skin, 500gems …. gone in a blink of an eye.

Silly question: Did you check your bank?

At that time when the back item dissapeared, my bank was full and I was in FoTM.
I immediately relogged, hoping it’s a visibility issue, can’t see it in inventory, hero window and tried at merchant. I also checked in guild stash and alts’ inventories, hoping it’s weird glitch, but unforunately not.
Two pieces of my most precious gear is gone and no repsonse from customer service yet.
I can’t even play this game until this isuue remains unresolved, I don’t wanna lose more pieces of my equipment .

Same thing just happened to me. I swapped from pvp gear to pve gear before doing Twilight Arbor this afternoon. When I logged back on my PvP exotic boots with Traveler’s Runes were missing. I’m 100% sure I did not destroy or salvage them….and I’ve been sitting her looking at my bank for a good 10 minutes.

I just put in a support ticket. Just really irritated. I’ve done a search and found posts like this dating back a year ago, and it’s still not fixed. I can’t WvW right now because 1/6 of my godkitten gear is missing, and it’s too expensive to just buy another piece before I get a response.

Sorry when I said PvP set I meant my WvW set. It wasn’t sPvP gear.

yeah same i lost my berserker earring during a swap from power to condi and then back. i checked everything.. so i went and had to buy a new one

Still going back and forth with customer support. The plus side: they have been responsive! The negative: they’ve been careless with their research. They’re saying that I transmuted/salvaged the boots on the same day, on a toon that they weren’t even soulbound to!! Furthermore, I’ve had these boots for months, so it’s not something newly acquired and salvaged. And, I AM 100% SURE I DID NOT SALVAGE THEM! If I tried to, I would have received a pop up warning.
