Guild Wars 2

I tried attaching runes to my armor to get the cumulative bonus, and it didn’t work, I tried a second, and then a third time, and still nothing. then I went and tried other pieces of armor to see if they would accept a rune, and so far nothing.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I wear a whole set of lvl. 78 exotic gear (Light Berserker’s Acolyte-Set) with a different rune on each piece, so I tried today to replace them with some crests/jewels, but everytime I try to apply them nothing happens. No confirmation dialog to replace the old runes, just nothing.
BUT when I try to apply another rune, the confirmation dialog appears.
Still don’t know if it’s a bug or intended.
