I will edit to add screen shots when I get home but first I’d just like to point out that this issue has been bugging me and a WHOLE bunch of other people. In WvW there is a server that will remain unnamed, or rather a specific guild on that server that uses this little trick to destroy siege that is far from within the line of sight the rest of us players have. These exploiters manage to shoot their arrow carts over keep walls and gates and are able to destroy siege in the middle of a keep that should be first of all unseeable much less un-targetable to anyone outside of it.

My question is simply is it an exploit? Is it a bannable offense? Also I will make sure to provide lots of screenshots when I get home. And please arena net..this issue has been going on for a few months and the worse part about it is that the people using these exploits are the commanders on the enemy server and they set up arrow carts literally adjacent to walls for the sole purpose of using this exploit.

See the gap above the gate? With proper camera angle, you can see the arrow carts in the last two pictures easily from outside. If you can see it, you can shoot it with a well-placed arrow cart to counter. I don’t recall how to see the arrow cart in the first picture.

Yeah, it’s a shame. And nobody can’t do anything about it, because it’s happening on the client side, thanks to Anet incredible skillz at coding their game.
You can try a mass report report on the guys manning the arrowcarts, but sometimes it’s hard to do so while in combat.

They don’t remove the textures from the game…… It’s a zoomhack,enabling them to zoom out so far they are able to look over the towers wall and shoot inside.I doubt this is the case in the first shot atleast,since i think he’s just using the gap over the gate to shoot the ac’s inside.
