So I am not sure if I am the only one or what exactly is happening. So I’ll start from the beginning.
This is not something that happened previously. It only began happening today after I logged on at around 7 PM PST.
I am seeing artifacts on my Reaper’s chest and pant armors and only in those specific areas for some odd reason. Additionally, this only happens in HoT areas. Old Tyria never has this issue.
Here are some videos of what it looks like.
Verdant Brink (Although this happens in ALL HoT areas)
Pay attention to chest armor area, arms and pants. You’ll notice the artifacts as I zoom out. When zoomed ALL the way on my character, the artifacts disappear.

Old Tyria zones (Divinity’s Reach in this case).
No artifacts.

My system.
OS: Windows 7 (64 BIT)
Client: Tested on both GW2 64 and 32 BIT clients.
RAM: 8 GB
HDD: Hybrid Solid State (500 GB)
CPU: Phenom II 555 BE (4x Cores Unlocked and OC to 3.8 GHZ … I’ve downclocked to 3.5 GHZ to test; same result)
GPU: GTX 780 (I’ve done multiple down and overclocks with the same results); also ran FurMark to test GPU as I feared it might be dying; but no, it passed with flying colors and did not go over 70 C temperature when stressed to the max)
Things I’ve done.
All of the above, I also tried all of my characters but this only affects my Female Human Reaper, oddly enough.
Removed completely all addons (Gemfx/Sweetfx suite); no change.
I cleaned my GPU and all PC components with compressed air just to be safe dust wasn’t the culprit.
Re-connected PSU as I feared GPU was not getting enough power (FurMark proved this wrong; it is getting sufficient power).
Anyway, thought I’d leave it here.
I’ll test on one of my other machines tomorrow and will let you know how that goes.
