Since the quick patch on 23 Oct, 2013, Ascalonian Catacombs path 1 has been bugged. My group made it to Colossus, but he did not spawn. We did not miss anything, nor did we do something extra. I am sure the patch caused the boss to not spawn, as I attempted this path last night successfully.
