This bug is repeatable.

Every time we run AC Path 1, where we have to kill the 6 Graveling Mounds while an NPC does something, there is one mound that once you destroy it, if you’re standing on it, or between the mound and the door, it will automatically knock you on the other side of the door. This causes issues trying to complete this part of the instance, because two or three of your party members have gotten knocked through the wall.

As the NPC is facing the desk, it’s the mound to his direct right side all the way against the wall and the door.

Please correct this bug.

I can confirm this happening, it is the east corner by the door in Hodgins protect room. If the mound is destroyed with players standing on it they will be warped into the area of Dethas path with the graveling/chains.

All i can suggest is to not stand on graveling mounds, just melee it from the front, no need to stand on it anyway.

confirmed by me as well. it’s really a bummer when it happens to 3 or 4 of you at once, since now you can’t simply just waypoint your way out while the other 1 or 2 players are in combat protecting Hodgins.

Same here. I play warrior, So I must stay close, and after burrow is destroyed – I kicked off to other side of door. Reporting about it several times with /bug ingame.
