Hello! After days of hard work trying to earn enough laurels to buy a second Ascended ring, I happened to buy an identical ring, not knowing that I can only equip this ring once. I just found out through the wiki that it was not possible to equip the same ascended ring twice and since the item is soulbound now, I feel like I wasted a lot of time trying to gather laurels (plus Badges of Honor) and not being able to use it. Is there any way to fix this? I know it was my fault, but there’s nothing in game that says anything about not being able to equip the same Ascended ring twice. Thanks in advance for the help!

You are far from the first to mix it up, but no you cant. If you want you can upgrade one of the rings, then you can wear both, provided you don’t upgrade the other.

It’s cool. You’re just one in a looooong list of people that did this, no need to feel ashamed. You’re on sort of an average there.

There’s a chance they’ll give you the other ring, same stats, opposite infusion.

Which is a bit frustrating, considering the time spent to actually acquire these rings. If it was explicitly said in-game that this cannot be done, then I’m sure I would’ve avoided this situation entirely. With that being said, I still realize it’s my fault and I would’ve been okay with having both rings but now that they are both soulbound, I can’t even give the other ring to one of my alts.
