Did you try choosing which of the 3 rewards you wanted? Neither of them seem to be highlighted.

After completing the dungeon, it will not allow me to accept the reward. I’ve tried relogging, moving to different maps, and even re-doing the dungeon(Which I successfully did several times.) but the screen will not go away.
