Firstly i’d like to say i’ve had quite a lot of fun doing these collections, up until this point. I need the magnification lens from the Eye of Zhaitan that spawns during the event in cursed shore to take control of the Promenade of the Gods, and Gates of Arah.
Now my problem is that this event never triggers, this is due to people not letting the defend the Gates of Arah events fail, no matter how many times i ask them to let it fail.
To make matters worse, i raised a support ticket only to get a really blunt and short response of “this is how the game is desgned”, to which i replied stating that may be the case but this is an event i CANNOT trigger. The 2nd reply i got was much the same, and even suggested guesting to another world (well surely that isn’t going to work because of mega servers).
My last attempt was this morning, I have tried stupidly early in the morning, and guess what? Everything is under pact control, i cannot trigger the event i need, so i guested to another world, just because i was told to try, and yeah, you guessed it the good ol’ Pact save the day, and i cannot get my event done.
I’m sorry but this isn’t right, and can’t be how the game was designed, we have seen other events that get trolled, and were bugged get looked into, can this please? I want my darn collection done!!
