Guild Wars 2

So i have completed the study guide and have got holographic zinn, you can see in the screenshot that he’s clearly there in the middle of the screen, plus i own 2 in my inventory, yet on the collection page it says i don’t have it? Please help

You’ve not consumed the mini to unlock it in the wardrobe (look at the pop-up in your screen shot, it says “Miniature locked”). Right click on it and there should be an option to unlock mini, and that should also update the collection.
