It’s a little difficult to see in this screenshot, but stood still using 1 (dragons claw) with dual daggers on an elementalist usually plays a decent animation where your body spins around and you cast the spell.
However, when you are moving as I am in the attached screenshot, only the top half of your body spins around 180 degrees in a glitched fashion.
