Asura Engineer backpacks / kits not showing?
That’s not a bug. They removed the visible backpacks for the various engineer kits.
Removed per popular DEMAND some time ago. You will now find the ‘kits’ in hand.

Personally I think the old backpacks looked rather cute on Asura Engineer. I’m very surprized if those were actually removed ‘on demand’. The new style looks downright stupid to me, especially running with that bomb in front like a stressed up waiter.
The Flamethrower visual was also changed, it now looks like a plain rifle. The original look can still be seen at the Jormag event though.
Mining ore and chopping wood when equipped with flamethrower or elixir gun the tool is still fused with the weapon graphically for what – almost one year now?
If you don’t think it was ‘on demand’, try looking up ‘hobosacks’. I think you will find years of threads.
Yeah, as Inculpatus said, it was a very, very often asked for change. Many people hated the “hobosacks”.
