Guild Wars 2

I have been experiencing this for quite some time.

I am not sure whether it truly is a bug or if it is just made this way by the game developers, but my Asurian Engineer’s (Female) shoulder armour/gear does not show on my character.

I am aware of the hide check box available in the ‘hero’ window, but mine is on ‘show’.

I am wearing one of the Citadel of Flame armour sets, however I also experienced this bug with one of the Balthazar armour sets.

As long as I don’t wear my chest armour, my shoulder armour shows, but the moment I equip my chest armour, my shoulder armour disappears even though I am wearing it.

Please let me know if anybody has experienced the same problem and even more so if you managed to fix it.

The shoulder armour looks so cool and I would like to see it – if there is an option setting (which I highly doubt) that I accidentally switched off, please let me know.

Medium Cof armor automatically hides any shoulder armor because of severe clipping issues. There are a couple of other sets that do that as well, such as one of the cultural light Sylvari orchid set.

Ah, I see.

I can understand that, but … I still would like the armour to show.
