Guild Wars 2

I have just purchased this armour and I am unable to toggle off the shoulders. I unchecked the shoulders option and they still show.

That’s normal with the male armor. ANet somehow attached the shoulder piece to the chest armor so you can’t toggle them off to be invisible. That – besides lots of clipping issues – is something lots of people asked them to address…

In case of my female T3 light I don’t have the clipping issues, but also no shoulder piece visibility at all. The T3 light Asura armor is the only one, where they seem to have used different models.

Giving the female model to male Asura and just adding a separate shoulder piece would be the fix… I’m curious if this will ever happen.

Knowing ANet… they will probably never deal with something as trivial as this anytime soon.
