Asura mining bug

This is purely an animation bug, and unfortunately it’s been like that for a good long while. At least there is no need to interrupt anything (unless you’re in a hurry), because that fourth swing will do nothing: no ressource gain, no decrement on the tool use counter.
Time is money .. if you make your money with harvesting thats the same as to say
that its no problem when your Asura only does 75% of the damage than all other
players in a dungeon

I’ve mained a female Asura for these past two years, and when I see the resource change to its depleted state, I just walk away. No loss of time, nor money. (Truth be told, I’ve never noticed extraneous swings, but maybe it is because I always leave first…not sure.)
Why wait around if there is no need? =)
Good luck.

If you harvest a rich node for example you either have to wait for the 4th swing
or move a step to interrupt it so you can start again.

I recently put my Molten pick on my asura and thought it was that. Mine always swings 4 times too, resulting in a longer animation. You can actually cancel after the third one by moving, but it’s still a pain. This was definitely happening on platinum nodes, but I’m not sure about others.

Happend also on iron and gold .. and i also bought a darksteel pick and tried that
to make shure it was not a problem with my watchwork pick.
