We, yes we, cannot go through the portal in the starting instance of an Asura character. Vikk spams to go through portal, portal doesn’t work. It has not been working for at least three hours now. I reported using in-game bug report.

Mr Sparkles is stuck outside the portal. Get this kitten fixed.

Try guesting. This happens when there’s so many new people creating charaters sometimes the game bugs. If you guest and get a new shard it won’t be broken.
