Guild Wars 2

When I first purchased this account I thought I attached it to my guild wars account [redacted], but I can’t access the items I acquired in GW. Please advise.

You’d have to contact support. You can click on Support at the top of the page. Also, the items you get in GW2 are obtained by getting Hall of Monuments points. You can check to see what (if any) rewards your joined accounts should have in GW2 at the link below.

Have you logged into GW1 since linking the accounts?
You can’t actually access items you acquired in GW1, you just get certain specific things that are unlocked through the Hall of Monuments. That also means you must have Eye of the North.
