Attempting to purchase Gems fails
Hello, I’m attempting to purchase gems through the in-game system, however, I receive a “Unfortunately an Error has occurred. Please try again later.” message each time. This has been occurring to me all day today [15/10/2015].
Has anyone else experienced this, and found a solution? I’ve tried waiting some time in game, and even logging out and not running the game for 20 minutes thinking that might help. Neither have fixed the issue.
Yep i’ve experienced that. customer service couldn’t figure out what was going on. Turned out the system doesn’t like virtual keyboard inputs. If you’re using one try typing your info regularly, that should work.
Hmmm, tried retyping all my info, as I only use a keyboard, but still came up with the issue. Will see about talking with customer service soon.
