Guild Wars 2

I have been doing storylines on 2 different characters and I have noticed audio issues. It is usually with Trahearne but also happens occasionally with other NPCs.

During the cutscenes one line of dialog will be fine, then the next one there is no sound, then the sound returns with the next line. It seems to happen randomly.

I noticed it with the level 60 and 70 storylines, both characters are sylvari.

occasionally during cutscenes, some lines of dialogue wont have voice acting. its seemingly random which lines dont have sound and which quests are affected.

Happened to me too, Priory story line, and its usually Gixx for me who’s voiceless.
Though the text does show up.

Getting this on my female human character I started a few days ago, pretty much every cutscene so far has at least one line with missing voice over, its not entirely random as when you log out of a mission to restart it the same lines will remain silent, for example the very first line from Doern Velazquez and later Trahearne’s in the Reconnaissance mission.

Your character’s lines are fine however its just everyone else.

I’ve tried various in-game sound options to see if that helps but no changes, even tried it in french and it still happens.

For me, it’s happening in the L10 storyline. The first audio line never plays in each episode, but after that, it seems fine.
