Guild Wars 2

I jumped off the goggle platform near Crash Site 1 and splatted not far from the chest below it. I logged off there for the night.
Tonight upon logging back in, I found myself gaining 193 health every 3 seconds.
I was alone at my location (besides my mini Jenna).
I was not partied.
I am Human, Mesmer, 80.
Some time, day before maybe, I had eaten some banana cream pie – which gives me 31 health per second. While I don’t think this is relevant, maybe it is. FYI, my out of combat healing is 193 per tick at that location – near the chest.

Confirmed that it is indeed Signet of Ether. When you die of course it isn’t active. But when you log out, and back in, it begins healing you, as logging in seems to activate the passive.

Happened again after on rocks below.
Screen shot has the numbers fading, but i got rezzed after and couldn’t get it clearer. 193 health per 3 seconds again.

Did you have signet of the ether equipped? It heals every 3 secs and sounds like round about the base heal for that. Never had it happen to me, but could be that skill doing strange things?

Yes, it works on other maps. just go to character select and back in.
