I don’t know what happened to loot lately but why are so many sigils, runes, armors and weapons coming directly from a chest auto soulbound? I have noticed this with fractals the most and it is really annoying. Get some nice exo or rare you do not need or worse, can’t use. And its Account bound the moment you get it. Why??? Or a single superior rune that is part of a set you don’t want/use, bam instant account bound and soulbound.

Note: I am well aware using/trying on/upgrading items makes them soulbound and this is not what I am referring to. This seems to be a bug with random loot, mostly chest loot being account bound lately.

In the last few weeks, I’ve had two sigils come out of boss chests be soulbound (not account bound) right away- it is a little odd, and it would be nice to know if it is intentional or borken

whats big deal about soulbound sigils? if they are expensive and you wanna sell/put them on other char. place them into item, salvage with 100% return. profit.

This has been as such since the beginning of the game. This isn’t a bug, but intentional as these sigils/runes are unique and forces people to do the dungeons instead of just simply buying them.

I have been having the same problem. Every single exotic item I have picked up in fractals since February 3rd has been accountbound. Not just sigils/runes, but gear and weapons too. I thought fractals was supposed to be a way to get good loot to sell at the ah for gold but I find Im making better money in dungeons that dont drop accountbound exotics. Im assuming this must be a bug because my husband is not having this problem on his account. When it first started happening it did not say “accountbound” on the item and I complained about several times. Now everything says accoundbound and I have almost 1 whole bank slot full of stuff I cant use. What am I supposed to do, any ideas?
