The “autodetect” option is changing my settings to mirror the “Best Appearance” option. While this may flatter my computer’s capabilities, it does not adequately reflect them. Previously the x32 client would ramp the settings up to max, which hurt the performance a bit. Since switching to the x64 client it’s been a lot better, up til recently (I couldn’t say exactly when).

Instead of adjusting the settings to the middle of the board like it used to, it just puts them all on max, which again hurts the performance more than it should, considering I’ve used “autodetect”.

Hoping this is something the devs are looking into, as this is not normal from what I’ve seen for the x64 client.
