So this has become one of the main reasons I have been putting down GW2 lately and its really making me quite sad.
Awhile back I was playing around with one of the box of fun items in game and it was doing the Medusa statue cycle. During this i used the ride the lightning ability right as the state effect was to go off. i think in doing this I may have broken something in my game. So when i would have been turned into a state all I could see was my weapons floating there and i was trapped in some kind of a cool down, I could not voluntarily cancel the stone form and could not move. and had to wait for a cool down where i then reappeared.
This however was not such a big issue, the real issue is that my character whenever I draw my weapons (standing in the idle then hit any attack action or change elements) all of my textures change to the semitransparent textures of stealth rendering me unable to see my character. I have completely uninstalled the game three times now AND attempted to delete my gw2 cache and every time I re-install this problem persists.
it seems to be localized to my computer as I have played on my account on another computer and had no issue, also the stealth effect does not happen on any of my other characters, only with my elementalist. I wonder if it may be something broken in the particle effects around the wrists maybe, but not sure.

Any thoughts on how to fix this would be extremely appreciated as when I sent in to gw support all I got was a make a forum post on it.
