Q:
The Arbriel Family and dynasty of characters have been around since inception in 2001.
BLTC Not Working
Perhaps, it has to do with Gem transactions being disabled for the time being.
I am unsure if it is that as I appear to be able to buy Gems fine enough.

Update to state that my TP is still not working.

Same problem for me. BLTPC displays only a “blank” screen. It doesn’t even try to load the TP or Gemstore. I also try to reinstall but after few hours the issue returned.
3 days after. The issue has not been solved yet….
I ran my Mac Beta version to find the TP worked perfectly there and so then re-installed GW2 Windows.
This has fixed the issue and the TP is working fine now. However I am aware of the above who reinstalled only for the issue to re-occur.

Bumping this thread because I have had the same issue for a few weeks now and no response to ingame bug requests.
My black lion trading and gem store, from the O tab, are blank screens. Please help! Or should I reinstall my gw?………..

You will not receive any responses from in-game Bug Reports, as stated on the reporting window. For individualized assistance, you must contact CS. Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request.
Have you tried to different solutions offered in Tech Support or the BLTC sub-forums?
I’ve also been having the same trouble, i’ve deleted everything, reinstalled several times, turned off my fire wall amongst other things suggested from my searching. Nothing has worked so far.
Tried clearing your game cache? Making sure awesomiumprocess.exe is not being interfered with in some way? Opening the pertinent ports?
Yes I have unfortunately, I have check and disabled everything and deleted temp files. I’m completely baffled at this point.

Maybe this will give some insight to everyone, when I try tabbing out of the game while in game I have my trading post open as it’s trying to load. Then when I go to use the web browser it crashes my isp and client. Now I’m even more confused.
