have sent a gift with the new BLTC feature and it has not arrived

the mailbox of the recipient was full at this moment, delete messages did not help, still no gift

regular messages arrived after deleting

I just had the same problem. Sent a total make-over to my friend (gift function), his mail was full too, but after deleting some mails it just won’t arrive…

Keep deleting mails. ALL of them. And give it a while.

Anyone who has been away from the game for a while could easily have a full mailbox thanks to the event mails. Some people just like to keep those around even if they haven’t been away for a while.

“Fools!” Doesn’t help.

Do indeed try to delete all mails, including green event mail, as that often counts invisibly towards the limit. Switch maps or relog, and be patient. If that doesn’t work, submit a ticket.
