That is what will happen if you put in 2c as the price. It gets sold to the person that had the highest buy order. The buyer also gets a refund of the difference in price. People used to do this on purpose to avoid paying the TP tax, this behavior is what happened after they fixed that.

That can happen if you get a little trigger-happy on your clicking, too. If you don’t wait for the sell page to fully load, you can/will end up selling it for 2c (give or take a few coppers) if you end up clicking Sell before it’s done loading.
