This bug is really frustrating. I often have a whole bag of stuff I want to sell on the trading post, and every time, after maybe 10 items or so have sold, I begin to get the above message. It acts like some kind of timeout error, or data sync problem. It has been present in the software for as long as I have been using it (over a year).
Please diagnose and fix this!
