Since the latest patch I’ve noticed the Aegis animation to bug frequently. Instead of being upwards as usual, it goes sideways on my shield. It’s hard to screenshot since the aegis always goes behind my shield in that situation. I think it’s causes by weapon swapping, but I can’t replicate it on purpose.

Wonder if that’s same bug causing Thoughtless potion’s horns to be bugged. They don’t follow your head correctly anymoarz and will be sideways or backwards.

Yeah, I also experienced it with my guardian and it is really annoying. I thought they will fix it with the current patch, but still nothing. Let’s hope they will do something about it.

I too have experienced this, and it’s actually really frequent. I would say approx. 60% of the time the aegis comes back up it’s bugged exactly as shown in the screenshots above me.

Came back to the game today and started my Guardian fresh from level 1, when i got Aegis i got into a battle and then another, and afterwards i said to myself what in the world am i seeing, the whole Aegis effect crossing the shield instead of sticking to it. This bug annoys me so much that i refuse to play my Guardian again until they fix it. A simple thing like this should have been fixed the minute it was posted about it in the first place and that was 2 months ago, i understand you got priority bugs to iron out but this one is just ridiculous and destroys the whole visual aspect of the Aegis.

hi there. Have the same Problem, but for me it starts bugging if aegis appears while my weapons are out(rdy for fight if u want :P). If i get aegis and then start to fight(switch from weaps locked to rdy for fight) it looks normal.
