Tested and it is indeed working as of last night. Saw this posted on the WvW forums today, but we know Anet doesn’t visit there. This is game breaking for WvW and creates a cheap unbalance that many players are exploiting.

Maybe this is working in sPVP, not even sure if the Writs are usable in that area of the game. Could be game breaking in that mode too.

But, by all means if you guys no longer really care about WvW please just ignore this [BUG].

The sad fact is, this probably wouldn’t be classified as a bug since you are, by legitimate means, gaining a level. The whole get-max-health-on-level-up thing really shouldn’t be in the game.

is that hopeful its not a bug you’ll be banned for or just hopeful you can abuse it later down the road?

The sad fact is yes this would be a bug, Tomes of Knowledge were abused in exactly the same fashion and were quickly fixed. You can no longer use these in WvW
