Fractal, if you join in into the dungeon and died due in combat party. You won’t be able to switch any skills until next fractal level.

No. Just played fractal. Died several times. Not a problem switching skills. Not this time, not ever in all these months.
You may want to give more data, try to replicate the bug, show a video… whatever that actually helps to pinpoint a bug.

You have to disconnect from the game and relog join back and die when you zone in.
You will die if the party member is still in combat.

Not just dying in the dungeon from mobs.

I did relog during that run, got ressed by my team, and no bug affected my skill switching.
Give DATA, dammit.
What profession were you using?
On what part of what fractal did this happen?
Did you die, then log off? Or were you alive when you logged off? Or joined from LA to a team that was alredy in combat?
Did you get ressed by your team? Or did you use “retry from a checkpoint”?
What skills did you have on, and to which you couldn’t switch?

Was it the ascalon fractal? There is currently an issue that if you are actually transformed you can never change them till you leave the fractal. I have seen the forum thread about it and have seen it happen.

If it was a different one than that please give details.

Yes it was the Ascalon Fractal. In that case, I guess it would be involved with transformed.

To answer to others, I was on Ele and all my skills aren’t able to change where you can click the little triangle up items and also in your Hero panel. Nothing works, it click down but it doesn’t popup the list of utilities to select.

After, the fractal of Ascalon ended and port to the next one. I was able to switch and same goes for my other party member.
