This skill challenge is currently bugged on Aurora Glade [EU]. Did it earlier today but tried it just now on a different character and the skill challenge NPC is not there and has not respawned.
Any update on when this will be fixed?

I was there today as well and it is not working. Apparently some guildies were there yesterday and it worked then. But now it is stuck again on Aurora Glade [EU]
