Guild Wars 2

So my self and other guild mates tried equipping crafted Agony Infusion and we are all getting the same thing, the ascended armor (with nothing else in it) goes red. Can anyone help on why this is happening?

armor does not have an agony infusion slot, so you can’t put agony infusions on it.

you can use these infusions (depending on the slot type) to increase agony resistance

Agony infusions can only be used on these

The nomenclature is really confusing.

• Agony Infusions only go into Agony Infusion slots; these are only found in infused rings or backs.
• Every other infusion (with or without AR) only goes into the ordinary slot, found in all ascended gear

Crafted agony infusions go into the second infusion slot of those “Infused equipment” pieces that nottsgman linked. Nowhere else.
