[BUG] [Fixed] Retribution quest
I am having the same issue.
Based on Anets response in the related post, it looks like they are tracking the issue.
Checked, it now nerfed to the ground, quest is done easily.
Champion Risen Plaguebearer is way too overpowered. All NPC’s dying in 30 seconds and you’re next. Not to mention it resets randomly.
