Guild Wars 2

Our guild have just attempted to complete the Tier 3 Guild Trec Mission and it failed.

We were down to 2 locations:
Kevach’s Strongroom @ Wayfarer Foothills
Venison Hollow @ Lornar’s Pass

As they were the last 2 we have several guildies looking for them – no golden circles at either location. Not difficult ones to locate either.

A real waste of time and influence. This has to be a bug of some kind. Are there any other locations that don’t show up correctly?

Were they guesters on your server? Guild Treks was the only guild mission that didn’t allow guesting to work when doing it. Guesters don’t see the golden circle.

Did you go to the exact location they were and see if you could activate it despite not seeing it?

Some bug was introduced about a week ago that’s preventing some effects from being displayed. In the dredge fractal, you cannot see the lava effect or the ring. In WvW, the sentry ring does not show up yet if you stand where it normally is, you’ll get credit to claiming it.

Yup we were running around pressing “F” just in case that was the case. In answer to the earlier reply we were on our home server. Thanks for the WvW tip – just in case we ever get that one.
