Sometimes when you run into the Mystic Door to get into the Jump Puzzle in Eternal Battlegrounds you will just get an infinite loading screen and have to kill GW2 and queue back up for Eternal (which of course is no fun).

One other in my group also got it at the same time, so it may be a group issue when zoning in as so far it has only happened when I was in a group.

I’ve got the exact same problem three times already in the last few days. Never made it through. You have to alt+f4 the game and queue again for the eternal battlegrounds (which of course sometimes takes hours). I just want to do the puzzle once every few days because its fun, fights in there are always interesting and the loot is also ok (blueprints).

I’ve started to only try to access the portal when I want to leave the game shortly after, in case it loads infinitely again (well, you get kicked after 5 minutes due to inactivity.. haha).

please fix this loading issue, its been introduced rather recently, a week before I could access the puzzle without any problems.

also please consider to make it a separate zone without the eb pop cap and make it accessable from somewhere outside of eb (even from the borderlands would be better, as the queue times there are not as bad). I always feel kinda bad taking up a population space when I’m doing the puzzle, but it’s one of the best puzzles in the game (the LA ones are pretty fun too) and I do play to have fun, which zerging isn’t after a while.

I’m repetitively getting this error. I’ve tried everything but it won’t fit.
