Guild Wars 2

I am trying to play through Season 2, at least as far I can; and it appears Trouble at Fort Salma is “as far as I can”.

I have to use the arrow cart to clear the attackers from the east gate, but the arrow cart does not have line of sight to anything near the east gate (or anywhere else for that matter). As a result, I have never been able to fire a single shot/volley/attack from the arrow cart. Unfortunately, this is required to progress the storyline.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a workaround? I have tried exiting the game and restarting the story a number of times. It is always the same.

This is due to changes in the way Arrow Cart LOS is calculated. The only solution is to bring a ranged weapon (or jump down) – It will take a little longer. You don’t HAVE to use the arrow cart to progress the mission, you just have to get to it.
