[BUG]Mesmer phantasms affected by phantasm fury trait delayed attack

When you use the trait that gives your phantasms fury I have noticed the iberserker takes an extra 1.5seconds to attack. When you switch this trait out for another one it goes back to attacking right after it’s summon.
