Dear Forumowners,

I got recently suspended for a week for using a third-party program in build 65462 with the errorcode 45:6:3:2157. I was just waiting for the shatterer when this happend.

Before I did this I was logging and mining to get some gold for the storm bow skin which recently appeared in the gem store.
When I was doing this I noticed that my character was weirdly teleporting back to some places while I never asked for that. I thought it was a glitch first and that it would dissappear after sometime. This was really annoying to get to some places.

I think this would have made the game thinking that I was using such a program.

If this is the case, can you please remove this error or make it less long. (A week is long for the trading post).
If it’s not the case , could you then please tell me what the program was used for? Then I can search for the problem since I never used a third-party program.

In addition, you can’t presume that what you were doing at the time of your suspension had anything to do with the reason for being suspended.

In the extreme, here’s what could happen:

• An account gets /reported for verbal abuse
• The review determines there was no verbal abuse
• During the review, Support discovers an inappropriate character name, for a toon that’s 2 years old.

Result: account gets suspended and player is forced to change the name.

tl;dr the date of suspension and the date of any alleged violation can be very, very different.
