Hey guys, so I did some testing with whirling wrath on the test golems in the PVP area and it turns out that whirling wrath is massively bugged for Norn Guardians.

So here’s the deal:

Whirling Wrath hits the enemy up to 14 times when u stand inside the enemies hitbox, as the normal hits (7x) and all the projectiles (7x) hit the enemy. For a human guardian this is pretty much always the case unless you positioned yourself wrong.

Now for a Norn guardian this is not the case, Whirling Wrath for a Norn will normally only hit 12 times if you position yourself correctly inside the enemies hitbox (can hit up to 14 times, but 12 hits is pretty much average). However once every few skills it will acutally hit more times then it should be possible, the maximum amount of hits I got was 27(!).

The results are easily reproducable, you can just go the PVP Area and test it on the indestructible golem, just hit him over and over with whirling wrath. If you compare damage with a human guardian with the exact same gear you will notice that the norn does less damage, until it completely bugs out and he actually does way more. To check the amount of hits you can just count them in the combat log. When the norn does a higher amount of damage, his hits will exceed the maximum possible for the skill.

I tested this for almost 3 hours now and the results are consistent. I would like to ask the tech staff to check this out, because it pretty much makes norn guardian inferior to other races. I will also make a video of it now, to which I can link later.
