Player Character Movements Locked up once yesterday around 11:45am EST and today around 12:45pm.

Players Character Male Guardian

Standard Movement Keys: W,A,D,S

Movement Play style: I use W,A,D,S and Left and Right mouse buttons to move.

Last night I was doing the ship fight when the three eyes of Zaitan appear, getting slightly overwhelmed from damage I switched from two-handed sword to mace and shield, shortly after doing so I couldn’t move, at first I though I was Immobilized, used my stun breaker, Stand your Ground ability, nothing happens, I wait a bit, still can’t move so after a while of getting pounded in place I switch back to two-handed swords and unable to move, I finally hit Leap of Faith which launches me at the targeted enemy, after that I was able to move again.

Today at Frusenfell Creek during the event where you fight the Shaman same exact thing happens, I’m attacking him with my two-handed sword and then switch to my mace and shield and get locked in place and can’t move, I tried pressing combinations of buttons tried using my mouse to move forward, tried mouse movement and movement keys at the same time, nothing. End result was the same had to switch to a weapon that would move me from my current spot, did Leap of Faith again sure enough was able to move again.

So far noted areas of concern.

1. Weapon Switch
2. In Combat
3. All ways when switching to Mace and Shield (These weapons are in my main weapon slot)

Side note: When Locked in place no movement keys function IE even though I can attack and do abilities I can’t dodge, using the keys I would use to move aka double tapping to dodge.

Next time try pressing V to execute a backwards dodge. I’ve seen this a few times and that’s always fixed it.
