Just bringing it to ANet’s attention that I think the Pumpkin Oil/Sharpening Skull recipes are bugged and not dropping from Trick or Treat bags. Crystallized Nougat recipes ARE dropping from Trick or Treat bags (as evidenced by the fact that their price on the TP is WAY cheaper), so why the discrepancy between the three recipes?
