The 6th bonus on Superior Runes of Lyssa (“When you use an elite skill lose all conditions and gain all boons for 5 seconds.”) doesn’t work on Transform skills.
Tried with Elementalist Tornado Elite and nothing happened.
Also tried the Guardian Tomes to no avail.
Edit: So it does work on at least one transform skill,
the Necromancer’s Plague Elite. But it didn’t with Lich Form.
Edit 2: The bonus gets applied on exiting early from a transformation (excluding Plague)
