Shadow’s Embrace: No longer removes a condition upon entering stealth, now you must wait 3 seconds before it removes a condition. It used to be 2 in 4 seconds before, but now it isnt. This just makes it harder to recover from condis now that Anet decided to remove cripple, chill and immobilize :/ and now Slow.

Shadow’s Rejuvenation: Same as Embrace, no longer restores an initiative upon entering stealth, now you have to wait 3 seconds before it kicks in.

yeah. Withdraw is still only giving 4344 HP right now as well (with the PVP berserker’s amulet). They need to fix a lot of things with thief

Is this being looked into? or is it going to be this way from now on
