Quest: Skill Challenge: Defeat the Devotee of Owl
Bug: Quest is started, however the Devotee of Owl never spawns. Has not spawned in over 24 hours.

In Snowden Drifts the Devotee of Owl Skill challenge is active but there is nothing to defeat. I have completed every other Map Discovery. So I am stuck at 98% completion and can not get the Chest. I have sent in an in-game bug report but it is still broken. Please Fix. Thanks

Yup, tried it twice, once last night and again today. Will remain stuck at 98% until this is fixed.

As of today, still a bug and I’m on Jade Quarry server so I don’t think it’s server related if that helps.

Still not working on Tarnished Coast. It’s the last piece of content I need to complete the zone too…

experiencing same issue with no NPC to trigger skill point challenge / event on Ehmry Bay homeworld

Snowden still bugged. Does it usually take more than 17 days to fix things? Making sure the reporting isn’t bugged as well…

5 days bugged on Isle of Janthir

Sea of Sorrows. Bugged as of right now.

Crystal Desert, it is also bugged it’s all I need to complete the area.

What would be ‘really’ nice if there was a big list somewhere that they maintain for us to read with all the bugged skills points with updates as to when they fix them, and then updated again when they get bugged again, like a server status, so at the very least we can not have to waste a lot of time and silver having to stop by to see if they are available or not.

I just did this on Sea of Sorrows and he was there and it was operational, to whom it may concern. Looks like he reset properly after I fought him too.
