My screenshot is not working but I can explain the issue. essentially I am stuck… I can’t finish the Personal Story 7. Forming the Pact Tower Down mission because the third task “Clear the Beach” is not doing anything. Demolitionist Tonn’s troop just stands at the exit of the cave where you find the beach that the Orrian Towers are. They are sitting idle and it believe it is due to this that I can’t “clear the beach”. Keep in mind I have restarted my game multiple times and killed every single enemy in the instance so I came to the forums for help. Is there anything yo can do? I was really excited to get to level 80 and I don’t want to stop here.

I see nothing in your attachment. You can remove attachments by editing your post (with the little pencil option).
