Hello, i have the full set of Superior rune of lyssa on my lvl 80 exotic karma gear, i have tested this out and i believe the #4 bonus of when using healing spell you gain random boon for 10 seconds.(cannot stack, i’ve done this with no boons rolling) I have tried this with cleansing wave as well as cone of cold. I cannot get this to proc at all. Am i doing something wrong? Or is it indeed bugged?
After further testing signet of restoration.. this seems to work. i dont get why my healing spells don’t trigger it however?
