The thoughtless potion is bugged after the 4.1 update.

So, this is annoying. With the latest patch the Thoughtless Potion, which grants the floating devil horns, is bugged.

The horns float farther away from your characters head (a good in game half a foot) and rotate to always face north on the map. So if you are facing East or West, they are sideways on your head. Tested it on multiple characters, and had a guildie report that they saw it too. Pictures: http://i.imgur.com/dvlaIx7.jpg

Please Anet, fix it! I need those devil horns because its matches my outfit so well but with that bug its completely useless!

I don’t know if more posts about this new bug will help…if it does – please fix them as soon as possible…they’re a bit of a trademark for my main character.

Since the patch earlier today, Thoughtless potion horns will always face one direction, swivelling on your head. Is it like this for everyone?

I can confirm this bug as well.

After the April Fool’s event, the horns for the Selfless potion seem to have weird placement. Seems to have something to do with the camera, especially when you pan around, but not sure.

I always used it because of my outfit style and now its broken.
Im sure its because of the April Fool’s event so please fix it as soon as possible!

There were some posts about this issue before the April Fool’s event. I’m not sure the two are related.

Actually, they were about the Thoughtless Potion, but as there are no horns, (only a halo), with the Selfless Potion, I am thinking that is what is being referenced here.

The item Thoughtless Potion [&B7paAAA=] has been bugged since the last patch.

The above head floating horns stopped following the character rotation in world, remaining stationarity the whole time.

I always wear the horn, because it went with my overall costume design, and never noticed the effect until April Fool’s and after.

Thought it would get fixed after the event, but it didn’t. Definitely something new going on here. In some cases, the horns are perpendicular to the forehead.

Yep, I noticed it too. I figured it might of been a wardrobe glitch or something but it’s been doing it for the past 3 days for me.

I did notice that the horns are faced torwards the South. Evil flaming horns..pointed south….mmmm/ weird coincidence eh?
